Thank you for shopping at VapeInThai.com. We aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and reliably throughout Thailand.
- Shipping Coverage
We offer nationwide delivery across Thailand, including major cities such as Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Pattaya, Phuket, and all provinces.
- Shipping Time
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Delivery Time:
- Bangkok & Central Region: 1–2 business days
- Other Provinces: 2–3 business days
Note: Delivery time may vary depending on courier workload or weather conditions.
- Shipping Methods
We use reliable domestic couriers such as Flash Express, Kerry Express, SCG Express, or similar services. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
- Shipping Fees
- Nationwide shipping across Thailand for just 49 THB.
- Order Cut-Off Time
Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM (Thailand Time) will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
- Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number via email or LINE after your order is dispatched. You can use this to track your parcel on the courier’s website.
- Delayed or Lost Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days, please contact us immediately. We will assist in tracking or resolving the issue with the courier.
- Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate. If the parcel is returned due to incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts:
- You will be responsible for re-delivery charges.
- Refunds (if applicable) will exclude original shipping costs.
- Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Provide photos or videos for faster resolution. We will investigate and offer a suitable solution.
