1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• You received a wrong item.
• The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
• The product is not functioning as intended upon first use.

All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:

• Opened or used e-liquid pods or devices.
• Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
• Orders placed by mistake or for change of mind.
• Products purchased during sales or promotions (unless defective).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us via email or Line within 7 days with:
   • Your order number
   • Clear photos or videos of the product issue
2. Our team will evaluate and confirm the return eligibility.
3. If approved, you must ship the product back to us at your own expense.
4. Once received and inspected, we will issue a replacement or refund depending on stock availability.

Note: The returned product must be in original packaging and unused condition (unless defective).

4. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer within 7–14 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

If the item is defective or incorrect, we will offer an exchange at no additional cost.
